About CANDO (Neurodiverse West Wales)

CANDO (Carmarthen & Aberystwyth Neurodiverse Outreach) is a small, volunteer-led peer support group based in Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion.

For over three years, we have provided friendly, informal meet-ups where neurodivergent adults and families can connect, share experiences, and feel understood.

We are not a statutory service or a large organisation.
We are a local community group run by and for neurodivergent people.

Our Story

CANDO began as a small local outreach initiative supporting neurodivergent adults in Carmarthen and Aberystwyth.

We continue to focus on maintaining a friendly, supportive space for people in our local communities.

Where helpful, we work alongside other local groups and organisations

A Friendly Support Community for Neurodivergent Adults.
