1. Peer Support

We run friendly peer meet-ups in Carmarthen and Aberystwyth for neurodivergent adults.

These are informal spaces where people can talk, listen, share experiences and feel understood — without pressure or judgement.

Our focus is simple:

  • Real conversations

  • Shared lived experience

  • Mutual support

  • Reducing isolation

2. Support for Families and Carers

We also welcome parents and carers who are looking for connection and understanding.

We don’t provide formal advice services, but we can:

  • Share information

  • Signpost to helpful organisations

  • Offer peer understanding

  • Connect people with others in similar situations

3. Community Conversations

From time to time, we are invited to share lived experience in local settings.

We are a small volunteer group, not a statutory service, and we contribute where we can in ways that feel manageable and aligned with our values.

4. Working Alongside Others

We believe West and Mid Wales benefits from many small, local groups supporting their own communities.

We aim to complement — not compete with — other peer support groups and organisations.

If you are a local group who would like to connect, we’re always happy to have a conversation.

A Friendly Support Community for Neurodivergent Adults.
